Portland firefighters spent the night working on a house fire that started in southwest Portland in the 700 block of Southwest Westwood Drive.
The fire started just before 11 p.m. Sunday night, and crews were called out again shortly after 4 a.m. when the flames started to flare up again.
Firefighters say that the two people who lived inside were able to get out safely. They also believe the fire started in the living room and quickly spread through the second and third stories of the home.
The fire was burning so hot that all of the windows in the front of the home were blown out.
There's still no word on what caused the fire.
