Coach homes completed


D.R. Horton’s Southwest Florida Division announced models have been completed and are available for viewing in the Oaks at Whiskey Creek at the corner of Winkler Road and Riverwalk Park Boulevard in Fort Myers. There are two model homes available. A two-bedroom, two-bath model with den has 1,402 square feet of air-conditioned living space and a three-bedroom with den, two-bath model with 1,661 square feet. Progeny Corp. purchased three contiguous parcels of vacant land from Stonegate Bank at 2540 2600 U.S. 41 E., Naples. The purchase price was $700,000. Craig D. Timmins and Clint L. Sherwood negotiated this transaction.


Stephen’s Industries LLC purchased 3,625 square feet of industrial condo space from Covenant Presbyterian Church of Naples Inc., 2047 Trade Center Way, Naples for $210,000. Christine McManus negotiated this transaction.


Kenneth Drew Enterprises LLC d/b/a Coastal Woodworks leased 1,375 square feet of industrial space from Mercantile Business Center at 4755 Mercantile Ave., Unit 16, Naples. Christine McManus negotiated this transaction.


Audio Excel Inc. purchased 2,650 square feet of industrial condo space from Central Bank, 3557 Plover Ave., Unit 1, Naples for $130,000. Christine McManus negotiated this transaction.


27250 Bay Landing Drive LLC purchased the 4,740-square-foot free-standing restaurant building from JHS & MCB Bonita Bay LLC at 27250 Bay Landing Drive, Bonita Springs for $1.1 million. David J. Stevens negotiated this transaction.


Woodyard & Associates negotiated the following transactions:


Royal Palm Closet Design Inc. leased 1,400 square feet from Lola Crouch Trust at 12165 Metro Parkway, Units 9 & 10, Fort Myers. Todd Holman negotiated the transaction.


JLRC Realty Corp. purchased 82 acres at 15960 C.R. 858 (Oil Well Road) and part of 16768 C.R. 858, Immokalee, from First Bank for $1.1 million. Tom Woodyard and Fred Burson negotiated the transaction.
