2 charged in fatal fire in southwest Ky. - Lexington Herald Leader

MURRAY — Two men have been charged with murder after a fatal house fire in the southwestern Kentucky town of Hazel.

Kentucky State Police arrested Hughron Payne, 39, and Royce D. Earnest, 43, in connection with the June 12 blaze that killed Patricia Bohne, 32, of Hazel.

Both men remained in the Calloway County Jail on Monday without bond. Jail records did not list an attorney for either man.

Trooper Jay Thomas told the Murray Ledger & Times (http://bit.ly/1c6j1bz) that the cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Payne and Earnest face charges of murder, arson and manufacturing methamphetamines.
