CHICAGO (STMW) – A man was found dead with “head trauma” in a home on the Southwest Side Tuesday morning.
Police responded to the home in the 6000 block of South Kolmar Avenue about 10:50 a.m. and found the person unresponsive, police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala said.
The man, thought to be in his 30s, was dead at the scene and had suffered some sort of “head trauma,” a spokesman for the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office said. His identity remains unknown Tuesday evening.
An autopsy to determine the cause and manner of his death is scheduled for Wednesday, the medical examiner’s office said.
