HOUSTON – One person was killed Monday after a fire broke out at a house in southwest Harris County.
Firefighters responded to the fire in the 21600 block of Park Tree Lane near S. Mason Road at about 10:45 a.m.
The Harris County Fire Marshal confirmed one fatality at the scene, but the victim’s age and gender were unknown.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
