Classes will resume Thursday at a Minneapolis high school after the school was closed by a bomb threat.
The Minneapolis Public Schools district says it received a bomb threat Tuesday evening specific to Southwest High School, so school was canceled Wednesday.
Minneapolis police conducted a walk-through of the building Wednesday morning. The district says no unsafe materials were found.
Because of the ongoing police investigation, the district says it cannot release more details.
The closing affected all events at Southwest High, including community education classes, athletic events and extracurricular activities.
